Peace Officer Dispatch Services
Kyetech provides Community Peace Officers (CPO) and Bylaw Dispatch Services for various cities, towns and counties. Kyetech dispatchers are trained to ascertain information relating to issues such as noise complaints for loud music or construction, property maintenance issues, barking dogs, animal attacks, vandalism, suspicious activity, traffic complaints such as speeding or stunting vehicles, parking issues, etc. Once this information is obtained, the pre-determined dispatch response is completed by Kyetech.
The safety of the Officers is ensured through regular safety checks completed at pre-determined intervals throughout an Officer’s shift. The frequency of the safety checks can change at any time upon the request of the Officer, ie shorter timer for a roadside stop or attending premise for a complaint, etc.
Fire Dispatch Services
Kyetech has provided emergency fire dispatch services for over 36 years to various cities, towns, counties and municipal districts. Our 24/7 Operational Communication Centre (OCC) is staffed with highly trained and always professional dispatchers capable of handling any fire-related emergency. All dispatchers are EFD (Emergency Fire Dispatch) certified through Priority Dispatch and are required to complete all requirements to maintain certification.
The Priority Dispatch Fire system that the dispatchers use combines the latest technology in systematic call interrogation with the ability to logically prioritize responses and provide life-saving Pre-Arrival Instructions. Kyetech prides itself on our ability to individualize fire dispatch services for each and every client. Response criteria can be different for every client for every type of situation that the fire department responds to. In addition, Kyetech can complete dispatch of each call in the manner that the client wants, i.e. radio, pagers, text, calling down phone lists etc.
Dispatch methods can be done as stand-alone or as a combination of methods, depending on what works best for our clients. The protocol is pre-determined with the client to ensure all agencies who need to attend to each situation are contacted. Every call is recorded and available for playback if required.
Ambulance Dispatch Services
Kyetech excels at providing excellent and reliable emergency dispatch services and our ambulance services are no exception. Our 24/7 Operational Communication Centre (OCC) is staffed with highly trained and always professional dispatchers capable of getting the information necessary to dispatch ambulances efficiently while doing the utmost to keep the caller calm under stress.

The protocol is pre-determined with the client to ensure all agencies who need to attend to each situation are contacted. Every call is recorded and available for playback if required.
911 Services
Kyetech is a 911 Fire Police Ambulance Dispatch Centre providing live emergency dispatch services since 1980 for Enhanced 911 and VOIP 911. Kyetech provides Enhanced 911 (E911) emergency call answer services. When a caller in an area served by Enhanced 911 or VOIP 911 dials 9-1-1, the call is routed to a pre-determined Public Safety Answer Point (PSAP).
When a call is routed to Kyetech, the Kyetech Dispatcher asks, “Do you need fire, police or ambulance?” Kyetech then immediately connects the caller to the agency (Fire, Police or Ambulance) requested by pressing a transfer button on the computer. The computer will automatically route the call to the correct dispatch agency. The caller’s ANI/ALI information (Phone Number, Name, Location, etc) is automatically routed at the same time through the computer. Kyetech will remain online with the caller until the agency answers to ensure the caller is connected with that agency.
